Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license

Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit

Monitor and assess patients' conditions and progress

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care
