Norfolk, VA Hybrid - 3 days On-site/2 Remote $28/hr Full-Time, Direct Hire

We are expanding our implementation team and seeking passionate professionals who excel in client engagement and have expertise in payroll, timekeeping, or workforce management systems.

As an Implementation Consultant II, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through the adoption of Time and Labor Management (TLM) solutions. Your role will involve onboarding, system configuration, and optimizing processes to ensure client success. You will work collaboratively across teams to enhance the overall client experience.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of new clients for TLM solutions.

Assess client needs, processes, and technical specifications.

Configure systems and ensure accurate data integration.

Deliver effective training and hands-on support for successful onboarding.

Provide strategic advice and best practices for clients.

Collaborate with diverse teams to achieve desired outcomes.

What We Are Seeking:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in client/customer-facing roles.

At least 1 year of experience in business consulting or SaaS onboarding.

Proficiency in Payroll or Time & Labor Management is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Adaptability in performance-oriented environments.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Technical Skills:

Microsoft Office Suite.

Web-based applications.

Basic knowledge of systems integration.
