BAE Systems, Inc. employees and sub-contractors aligned to the Air Force Solutions--Strategic Systems Directorate support the United States Air Force (USAF) Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) System Directorate as it sustains the existing Minuteman III (MM III) weapon system and acquires its replacement, the Sentinel missile.
BAE Systems is looking for a Wing Integrated Planning Center (WIPC) logistician to join our team for an exciting opportunity supporting sustainment and modernization efforts for the Minuteman III Intercontinental Ballistic Missile weapon system. The Minuteman III is a 1970s era weapon system and is scheduled to be retained as the United States military's prompt, global strike deterrent system until at least 2030. This position is fully onsite at F.E. Warren Air Force Base
The Logistician duties include:
Support maintenance planning & scheduling requirements.
Support daily and weekly scheduling meetings.
Assist in uploading daily schedules to Nuclear Munitions Command and Control (NMC2).
Support documenting Base Civil Engineer actions in proposed alteration and construction affecting the weapon system using Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS).
Support documenting Programmed Depot Maintenance and other Depot-level program schedules in IMDS.
Support maintaining Launch Facility, Missile Alert Facility and support equipment periodic maintenance inspections in IMDS.
Clear IMDS suspenses daily.
Assist in validating long-term maintenance forecast and reconciling accuracy in IMDS and NMC2

Minimum of 5 years of ICBM Maintenance experience with missile maintenance field experience or 5 years of Maintenance Management Production experience with extensive knowledge of ICBM Maintenance operations.
Detail oriented, with excellent time management skills; ability to multitask and balance competing priorities in an effective manner. Strong interpersonal skills; works well with others and responds well to direction.
Ability to interact effectively and professionally at all levels throughout the Missile Wing and Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center.
Must possess an IMDS background.
Ability to interpret/apply applicable Major Command implementing instructions and associated technical orders.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to obtain a Top-Secret Security Clearance
