We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Clinic Assistant to join our growing team.

Position Summary:

The Clinic Assistant plays a key role in supporting our medical providers and ensuring a seamless patient experience. While this position functions similarly to a Medical Assistant, no formal certification is required. This is an ideal opportunity for someone professional, organized, and passionate about aesthetics and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet, room, and prepare patients for treatments in a professional and friendly manner

Assist medical providers with non-invasive procedures and treatments

Prepare and organize procedure trays and treatment rooms in accordance with daily schedules

Clean, sanitize, and restock rooms to meet safety and hygiene standards

Support timely and accurate documentation of patient visits and procedures

Monitor and maintain supply inventory; assist with restocking as needed

Ensure clinic cleanliness and support operational flow throughout the day

Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA compliance at all times

Provide a high level of customer service and contribute to a welcoming clinic environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a clinical, wellness, or aesthetics setting preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities

Maintains professionalism, discretion, and a polished appearance

Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and delivering an exceptional client experience

Schedule & Advancement:

Part-time: 30 hours/week to start

Opportunity to grow into a full-time, 40-hour/week position based on performance and business needs
