What you’ll be doing:
Leading the stores team to manage stock control, goods in/out, and the CMMS system.
Carrying out purchasing to maintain stock levels and minimise downtime.
Collaborating with technicians, engineers, and suppliers to identify and order requirements.
Planning future purchases to align with the maintenance budget and requirements.
Conducting regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
What we want from you:
Level 3 qualification in engineering (or equivalent experience).
Proven inventory control and procurement experience using a CMMS (e.g., SAP, Maximo).
Background in a heavy engineering/process plant (e.g., Power Station, Refinery).
Knowledge of Health & Safety practices, including COSHH and Safe Systems of Work.
Valid forklift/mobile plant experience.
