Key Roles:
4 Execute all claims related to Other employees expenses, Media, Donation, premises,fixed assets, maintenance contracts, insurance, IT and RCM contracts, according to bank policies and procedures and local regulation requirements, whether were received through ERP system or out of system.
4 Prepare Ad hoc reports for H.O. revenues and expenses, correspondences and payment orders for the related parties .
4 Responsible for petty cash expenditures Finance Shared Service.
4 Execute Payments for settlements of employees advances.
4 Prepare Accruals and Prepaid entries and reports and amortization according to bank policies and procedures.
4 Prepare accounting entries regarding fixed assets/depreciation in accordance with IFRS & Group Accounting policies & procedures and provide input for establishing and maintaining the fixed assets policies and procedures.
4 Reconcile all accounts related to centralized countries (Fixed assets, Stationary, Prepaid, Accrual, petty cash and other Intermediate accounts).
4 Prepare Countries reports.
4 Run monthly and daily SAP entries (Fixed assets depreciation,Stationary amortization, and others run).
Education:
4 A bachelor's degree in Accounting from a recognized university
Experience:
4 3-5 Years experience in financial institutions or accounting firms
Competencies:
4 Fluent in English .
4 Good analytical & numerical skills .
4 Good presentation, communication, & interpersonal skills.
4 Team player.
4 Knowledge on ERP system (Reports, Entries, etc.).
