Role

We are looking for a product-focused engineer to join our founding team. In this role you will work on:

Build workflows/agentic pipelines for complex analytical workloads.

Design evaluation framework and carry out evaluations of our query processing engine.

Work closely with customers and founders to define the engineering roadmap.

Shape up the engineering culture and tech stack for the company.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills and ability to work with hard NLP problems.

Background in search/retrieval, LLMs, and evaluation pipelines is plus.

Experience working in startup/fast paced teams is highly desirable.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.

Compensation, Benefits, and Other Perks

Competitive base salary: $170,000–$250,000 depending on experience
