This is a high-impact role offering relocation assistance, a generous bonus structure, and the opportunity to work on large-scale commercial projects exceeding $5M.

What Youll Do:

Manage all phases of commercial electrical projects from pre-construction to close-out

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and field teams to ensure schedule, budget, and safety goals are met

Track project progress, issue change orders, manage RFIs, submittals, and documentation

Lead internal project meetings and manage communication with stakeholders

Monitor labor productivity, material procurement, and project profitability

Qualifications:

5+ years of electrical construction project management experience

Proven track record managing commercial projects $5M+

Strong understanding of NEC, project scheduling, and budgeting

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Willing to relocate to Orlando if not local

ESOP or union contractor experience is a plus
