Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
Understand client goals, purchase history and provide proactive support and tailored solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service and timely deliverables

Support renewals, upsells, and overall client satisfaction
Qualifications:

Proven client relationship management experience
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
