Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Executive to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation for hotel renovation projects throughout the United States.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
Develop and allocate resources for assigned projects
Supervise project managers personnel and subcontractors
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in construction management
Familiarity with construction management software
Strong leadership qualities
Strong negotiation skills

We are casual, family oriented and fast growing. We were established in 1999 and have completed nearly 300 hotels. We are the only company in the industry that can design, engineer, construct, and manufacture the furniture and fixtures our clients need, as a single turn-key project. We currently have 18 projects in house with a combined value of approximately $80 Million.
