Description

Will plan and direct the accounting operations of the agency. Will apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports. Supervises and coordinates activities of Accountants.

Job Details and Duties

$30.00+ per hour depending on experience

Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00p

Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements. Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining high accuracy. Responds to inquiries from the CEO, Interim Director of Finance, and Program Directors regarding financial results, special reporting requests, and the like.Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or university) in Accounting.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Masters in Accounting, or related field is preferred.

Experience: Two (2) to four (4) years of related experience and one (1) year of supervisory

experience.
