Medicus has partnered with a reputable hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, that has an opening for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum coverage in their Cardiac Surgery Stepdown Unit.

About the Opening:

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, specific dates

No call shifts required

Patient Population: High acuity

Duties: Care coordination

Must be proficient in pacemaker management

Procedures: Removing pacing wires, chest tubes, drains, surgical incision care

Support Staff: Cardiac surgeon

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified

Paid travel & expenses
