As a Team Manager at Thales, your main mission is to support, guide, and grow your team. You’ll lead by example, help people develop their strengths, and ensure that the team delivers high-quality work that meets customer expectations.
Over the past three years, our System Engineering department has expanded significantly. Your challenge will be to help the team grow in both technical knowledge and professional maturity—focusing on strong team performance and individual development.
You’ll be part of the management team for both the F126 program and the wider System Engineering discipline. We work in a culture of trust, transparency, and collaboration. As a manager, you’ll help shape strategy, drive improvements, and share responsibility for team results.

You are a good fit if you:
Have proven experience managing engineering or technical teams
Know how to build and support effective teams
Are a strong communicator and a good listener
Can balance different stakeholder needs and drive decisions
Hold a BSc or MSc in Engineering (or similar)
Are fluent in English (German is a plus)
