Militello Painting and Powerwashing is seeking anEXPERIENCED POWER WASHING LEADto lead their crew in cleaning the exteriors of residential and commercial properties, either for stand-alone projects or preparation for our paint crews. We are quickly growing and looking for an individual who is motivated and disciplined enough to grow with us!

QUALIFICATIONS

Power washing/Soft washing experience is aMUST!

Know the ins and outs of power washing technology, techniques (ie. down streaming, soft washing, etc.) and chemicals used

Ability to think on your feet and problem solve

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Valid Drivers License

Ability to work independently on and lead a team on high-volume projects

Efficiency and effectiveness

Punctuality and reliability

A love for serving others

Professional appearance

Must be able to safely lift over 60 lbs and carry ladders

COMPENSATION

Competitive starting rate of$19.00/hr with an earning potential of up to $23.00+/hrfor top performersbased on our performance pay structure
