JOB HIGHLIGHTS

Responsibilities:

Possess awareness of special needs and the ability to provide assistance according to the individual’s needs.

Possess awareness of realistic work expectations regarding quality of work, and appropriate work behaviors.

Communicate with supervisor in a timely manner.

Responsible for collecting and reporting program data.

Case management duties as assigned.

Ability to perform assessments and intakes for individuals new to the program.

Assist Individuals in exploring all housing options within the individual’s preferred location.

Identify financial resources and determine the individual’s affordability.

Responsible for assisting individuals with rental application completion, including obtaining necessary documents.

Provide assistance with lease signings and move in coordination.

Ability to travel throughout ODC’s service areas (Wisconsin Rapids, Marshfield, Stevens Point, Wausau, etc.)

Observe and document daily progress, concerns, and outcomes of individuals.

Complete first aid, CPR and CPI training and certification if requested to.

Responsible for scheduling allotted time for individuals supported.

Responsible for acquiring and maintaining relationships with property owners, rental agencies, mortgage officers and housing authorities.

This position requires use of a company email address which requires an application to be downloaded on your personal cell phone for multi-factor authentication (MFA) to ensure cyber security.
