Coastline Maids is a growing cleaning company specializing in vacation rental, resort, and residential cleaning services, including basic cleaning, deep cleans, post-construction cleaning, and scheduled home/condo maintenance. Position Overview:

We are seeking energetic, detail-oriented housekeepers to join our team as 1099 contractors. You'll be responsible for cleaning vacation rentals, resorts, homes, and condos with a focus on quality, efficiency, and a welcoming presentation.

We are specifically looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in resort, vacation rental, or hotel cleaning.

Job Requirements:

Must have experience (minimum 1 year) in resort, vacation rental, or hotel cleaning

Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 9 AM to 5 PM

Contracted Position (1099) – Paid hourly, weekly via direct deposit or paper check

Mandatory Background Check (conducted at our office prior to the interview)

Valid Photo ID and Authorization to Work in the U.S. required

Job Duties:

Clean, vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize properties (vacation rentals, resorts, homes, condos)

Maintain a clean and orderly environment in line with client expectations

Perform general cleaning duties in offices and residential spaces

Deliver consistent, high-quality service with great attention to detail

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong working knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and techniques

Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks

Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently

Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset

Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment
