Job Description

We’re seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to elevate our client’s digital presence across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. This role offers the perfect blend of creative freedom and strategic thinking, where you’ll create compelling content that speaks to both individual consumers seeking home loans and professional partners looking for referral opportunities. Responsibilities

Create and manage engaging content across personal LinkedIn profiles, business LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook accounts

Develop finance-focused educational content and industry insights without requiring client-provided materials

Transform client-provided photos from property settlements and construction sites into compelling reels and Instagram posts

Craft dual-audience content that appeals to both consumers seeking home loans and professional referral partners

Manage community engagement and respond to interactions across all social media platforms

Design and implement organic growth strategies including competitions, giveaways, and engagement campaigns

Create independent content based on provided resources and industry knowledge

Develop content that showcases home loan services, commercial financing, and construction project expertise

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a social media manager or specialist with proven results

Strong understanding of the finance industry, particularly mortgage brokering, home loans, and commercial lending preferred

Proficiency with content creation tools including Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite

Demonstrated ability to create content for both B2C and B2B audiences effectively

Extensive experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook business accounts

Excellent content creation skills for both visual and text-based posts

Experience developing organic growth strategies and community engagement

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Australian-based team members

Strong communication skills and attention to detail in content creation and posting
