Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in the US Healthcare or IT sector.

Sales Process Knowledge: Knowledge of the full sales cycle, from lead generation, cold calling to closing deals.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client engagement and presentations.

Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to confidently present solutions and negotiate with clients to close deals.

CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Self-Motivation: A proactive approach to meeting sales targets and delivering results.

Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of IT solutions, SaaS, or cloud services.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Market Research: Conduct research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to effectively position our products.

Sales Strategy Development: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and market positioning to expand our product footprint.

Lead Generation & Client Engagement: Identify and approach potential clients via cold calling, emails, networking, and LinkedIn.

Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools to ensure a robust and accurate sales pipeline.

Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver product presentations that clearly articulate how our solutions can meet clients’ needs.

Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing department to ensure sales campaigns align with product launches and growth initiatives.

Sales Performance Monitoring: Track progress against sales goals and collaborate with the senior sales team to adjust strategies if needed.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups and ongoing support.
