IT Program Manager - Analytics

Job Description

Aleknagik Technology, LLC is searching for a qualified candidate to fill the role of Information Technology Program Manager - Analytics. The Program Manager will serve as the program-level lead overseeing analytics related initiatives. The position will be onsite at Falls Church, VA or San Antonio, TX, with remote work options as approved.

Duties:

Define project scope, timelines, resources, and overall objectives across analytics initiatives.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of data and analytics projects aligned with contract milestones.

Monitor project status, resolve scope adjustments, and assess the impact of changes on budget, labor, and schedule.

Oversee and align personnel with strategic project priorities and operational goals.

Plan and coordinate all phases of development and implementation of analytics capabilities.

Ensure all resources are utilized effectively and projects remain within scope and budget constraints.

Lead the delivery of tested, operational analytics solutions for end-user adoption.

Provide timely updates to stakeholders, leadership, and contract management teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Computer Science, or related technical field; or 8+ years of equivalent healthcare or IT leadership experience.

Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Information Systems and project plan development for large-scale enterprise programs.

Demonstrated experience managing technical project teams and delivery across multiple stakeholders.

Preferred (not required) 5-8 years DHA experience in various leadership positions.

US Citizen

Hold a Secret Clearance
