Role Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality patient care through critical thinking, decisive judgment, and working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Monitor and document patient conditions, communicate effectively with the care team, and execute comprehensive care plans, including medication administration and clinical treatments.

Assist patients with daily living activities, ensuring their physical and emotional wellbeing is prioritized.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate smooth transitions for patients, including transfers, discharges, and referrals.

Evaluate and educate patients and their families based on their unique needs, providing support in their healthcare journey.

Act as an advocate for patient welfare, ensuring an empathetic and responsive approach to care.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred)

Current Registered Nurse license in Kentucky

ACLS, BCLS, and PALS certifications; NIHSS within 90 days of hire
