JOB TITLE PROPERTY SUPERVISOR (COMMERCIAL PROPERTY) NATURE OF JOB FULL TIME INDUSTRY REAL ESTATE SALARY KSHS.25,000-30,000 JOB LOCATION NAIROBI DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Property Management Oversee the daily operations of assigned commercial properties.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure premises are well-maintained.

Coordinate repairs and maintenance with service providers and contractors.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards.

Tenant Management Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants.

Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and emergencies promptly and professionally.

Facilitate tenant move-ins and move-outs.

Monitor and ensure timely rent collection and lease compliance.

Lease Administration Assist in the preparation and management of lease agreements.

Maintain accurate and updated lease records and documentation.

Track lease renewals and ensure timely negotiation and execution.

Financial Management Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control.

Prepare monthly property performance reports.

Follow up on rent arrears and implement debt recovery measures when necessary.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination Source, negotiate with, and supervise third-party service providers (e.g., security, cleaning, repairs). Ensure service delivery standards and contractual obligations are met.

Reporting & Documentation Maintain organized property files including leases, inspections, maintenance logs, and legal documents.

Provide regular status reports to management regarding occupancy, income, and operational issues.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, preferably in commercial real estate Knowledge of property laws and lease management Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is an added advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and work under pressure HOW TO APPLY If you meet the above qualifications, skills and experience share CV on Interviews will be carried out on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
