Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client engagement and presentations.
Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to confidently present solutions and negotiate with clients to close deals.
CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Self-Motivation: A proactive approach to meeting sales targets and delivering results.
Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of IT solutions, SaaS, or cloud services.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
US Healthcare Industry Experience: Familiarity with digital healthcare solutions or the healthcare sector.
US Market Knowledge: Experience engaging with clients in the US healthcare market.
Motivational Skills: Ability to motivate and inspire team members, contributing to a collaborative sales environment.
Track Record of Sales Success: Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
