Summary

The Business Processing department ensures that APCO's contracts pass all eligibility requirements. A close partnership with both our agents in the field and dealership personnel drives success.

Facility Operations Coordinator aids in clerical and general office duties for the Operations Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Sort, scan, index, and appropriately route incoming documentation and mail.

Prepare outgoing mail including but not limited to invoices and checks.

Assist Shipping and Fulfillment with managing and arranging outgoing mail and coordinate incoming mail collection as needed.

Manage reception inbox and cover reception calls.

Greet and check in all on site visitors.

Prepare written communications and correspondences as needed.

Provide timely and professional responses to all inbound and outgoing inquiries whether verbally or in written communications.

Assist in the procurement and distribution of office supplies for various departments.

Provide general office and clerical support to Operations Departments.

Process Cancellations, Data Entry, Cash Deposits and Applications as needed to provide backup to Operations Department.

Engage in special projects, process improvements and system enhancements as needed.

High School Diploma or GED Required.

Minimum of 1 years' experience related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Skills

Microsoft Suite experience to include Excel, Word, Outlook required

Ability to prepare and maintain routine administrative paperwork and records.

Must have strong skills in verbal and written communications.

Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills within guidelines of company procedures and the ability to apply principles of logical and scientific thinking to a wide range of problems

The ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task and to perform work accurately and thoroughly.

The ability to demonstrate conduct conforming to a set of values and accepted standards and to engage in productive work relationships with a variety of personalities and individuals.

Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines. Must be able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a high-pressure deadline driven environment.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to type and look at a computer screen for lengthy periods of the day. The employee must be able to sit for lengthy periods of time.
