Job Title: Full-Time LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Permanent Placemen

Location: Near Middleport, NY - 30-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), 5-Star Rated Facility

Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM, 3 Shifts Per Week (Every Other Weekend & Some Holidays Required)

Pay Range: $25 - $30 per hour (based on experience), Up to $43/hr. for Shift Pick-ups
