Principal Project Engineer

As a Principal Project Engineer, Aerospace Flight Management Systems here at Honeywell, here at Honeywell, you will coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective project coordination. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage complex engineering projects from initiation to completion

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams across different countries to ensure project success

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery

Provide technical guidance and support to project team members

Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics

7+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization

Work with functional leaders to prioritize resources and implement project objectives.

Persuade to influence other to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches
