Job Summary

The Process Engineer will join our Prototype Development Team, responsible for developing and programming various systems and equipment used in the production process. Reporting to the Engineering Development Manager, this role demands a high level of technical expertise and the ability to work both independently and as part of a small, dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and passionate about working on quick-turn prototypes for diverse customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and program systems and equipment for the production process.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective prototype development.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to prototype equipment.

Maintain and improve prototype processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements:

Proven experience in developing programs for Fuji SMT Placement Equipment.

Experience in developing programs for Stencil Printers.

Proficiency in operating X-Ray systems for PCBA inspection.

Minimum 2 years' experience working in an electronics manufacturing environment Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems.

Knowledge of IPC standards.

Experience in developing reflow profiles.

Strong communication skills Qualifications and Personal Attributes:

Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Enjoys being part of a small, dynamic team.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Work Environment:

The role will require working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to various production equipment.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
