We're hiring a Temporary Office Assistant to join our team for approximately Six (6) months.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, working in a fast-paced environment,

What You'll Do to Support the Team:
Maintain and organize records, forms, documents, and reports.
Operate standard office equipment like computers, calculators, and digital scanners.
Sort, file, and index materials both physically and digitally using established systems.
Use software tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, or Google Docs/Sheets to complete tasks accurately and efficiently. What are the requirements for this role?
A high school diploma or GED.
One (1) year of working with the public in a professional setting is required.
Six (6) months of doing clerical work is preferred.
Must bring sharp attention to detail-even when the task isn't glamorous. Precision matters, whether it's entering data or organizing records.?
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (or Google Sheets/Docs) is a must-someone who's comfortable with data and detail.
At least 18 and be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Someone who brings integrity, initiative, and a strong work ethic-plus the ability to work independently.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: The hourly wage is $15.00 per hour.

WORK LOCATION: City of Branson, Missouri; City Hall. This is an in office position requiring work to be performed onsite.
