Title: LMS Administrator

Location: Southeastern U.S. (Onsite, Mon-Fri 08:00am-05:00pm (5x days week))

Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm

Description:

• We are seeking an LMS Administrator to manage and enhance the Learning Management System (LMS) while supporting the delivery of digital and live learning programs for employees at all levels.

• This role involves designing and implementing talent development tools, processes, and initiatives to improve employee performance and organizational effectiveness.

• The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about fostering continuous development within the workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the LMS, ensuring seamless integration, resolving technical issues, updating content, generating reports, and maintaining vendor relationships.

• Support the development and execution of talent programs, including tracking learning progress, managing course enrollments, and coordinating feedback through end-of-course surveys.

• Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Create and update training materials such as manuals, presentations, and digital content to support talent development initiatives.

• Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and events, managing logistics for participants, trainers, and materials.

• Provide support to team members during events and training programs, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive learning experience.

• Identify opportunities to enhance learning processes and foster a culture of growth and development.

• Participate in the facilitation of New Hire Orientation programs.

• Act as a backup for onboarding-related activities when needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the success of the organization.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in a learning and development role.

• Proven experience in roles such as Training Specialist, Instructional Designer, or similar.

• Proficiency in managing LMS platforms, including content uploads, creating courses, and establishing learning paths.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.

• Enthusiasm for adapting to change and thriving in fast-paced environments.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

• Demonstrated project management skills and experience with company-wide systems implementations.

Compensation:

Pay Range:$50- 65k/yr
