Salary: $25 - $28 per hour

A bit about us:

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Assembly Lead to oversee our electromechanical assembly operations at our Santa Ana facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong communication skills and a background in assembling electronic and mechanical components. You’ll lead a small team, ensure high-quality assembly work, and help drive efficiency and organization on the floor. The shift hours are from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM.

Job Details

Hands-on experience with electromechanical assembly (wires, PCBs, and mechanical builds)

Sheet metal experience not required

Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and organize a small team

Excellent communication skills – able to give clear instructions and feedback

Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred (not required, but helpful)
