Technical Team Lead - Battery Thermal Hardware

The Technical Team Lead is responsible for leading a group of DRE's in the design, development and release of Battery Pack Cooling System Components and Hardware and will be responsible for all facets of assigned components and systems including design, validation, release, source package creation, supplier signoff including cost, weight, investment, targets, quality and warranty.

This includes cooling system designs and development for flow, managing system pressure drop and sealing.

Candidate will work with cross functional teams including Purchasing, Supplier Quality, and Manufacturing to resolve issues with both current and future product designs.

Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited university * Minimum of 8 years of relevant engineering experience * Good understanding of engineering component and system design and development processes * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to effectively operate both independently and as part of a team * Ability to create and apply component and system DFMEA's and DVP&R's * Ability to read and understand component drawings and GD&T * Ability to use Microsoft office suite * Ability to motivate and self start Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree in Engineering * Thermal systems experience EOE / Disability / Veteran At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
