Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage program schedules for diverse construction projects, integrating milestones, logic, constraints, and resource requirements.
Engage directly with project teams to ensure timely, accurate schedule updates and perform QA/QC on submitted data.
Apply industry best practices in schedule management, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling issues.
Generate conceptual 'what-if' schedules to support scenario planning for complex, multi-year initiatives.
Deliver comprehensive reports and analyses to support leadership decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required Experience:
6+ years of full-time professional scheduling experience with an Owner or General Contractor.
Experience across educational or public works projects is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 (v19.12 or newer) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build delivery methods.
Strong ability to foster effective collaboration with diverse project teams.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management from an accredited institution.
