Responsibilities:

Warm Welcomes: Greet clients with a friendly smile and positive attitude as they arrive.

Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments via phone, email, and in person.

Client Assistance: Answer client inquiries about services, products, and promotions.

Transaction Handling: Process payments accurately and issue receipts.

Salon Ambiance: Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a pleasant environment.

Team Collaboration: Assist stylists and other staff as needed to ensure smooth salon operations.

Product Promotion: Inform clients about new services, products, and special offers.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.

Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills.

Personality: Outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using salon scheduling software and handling basic office equipment.
