1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse

Charge role experience required

Ability to float within a 25-mile radius of the facility

Required certifications as per facility standards Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care in the Telemetry Unit

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes

Participate in patient transport services as needed

Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the facility's EHR system Benefits
