LGT Fund Managers (Ireland) Limited provide fund administration services to mainly private equity funds and currently employs over 50 people.
The Company is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join the AML Team. This is a 3 - 6 month fixed-term contract role supporting the growing AML Team in the management of its centralised mailbox.
Key Tasks
Manage and co-ordinate central AML mailbox: allocation of email queries/tasks to team members, tracking of & follow-up on tasks.
Track emails to ensure they are responded to within allocated timeframe
Allocate urgent items for immediate response & ensure timely closure
Save reports & information from emails to systems for shared access by Team
Ensure all emails copied to AML Team Managers
Updating Team dashboards & reports with information from mailbox
Archiving of emails using established filing system
Preparation of slide decks using information provided from Team
Providing general administration support to AML Team as needed
Requirements
Previous administration experience in busy environment
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and methodical approach to work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including both written and verbal communication.
Computer literate and competent with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Strong team player.
Note: no previous AML experience required
