Your Role

As Superintendent, you will be responsible for:

Managing jobsite operations overseeing field personnel, subcontractors, and construction schedules

Ensuring quality & safety conducting inspections and maintaining OSHA standards

Hands-on leadership assisting with project components like carpentry, concrete, and finish work as needed

Collaboration & Coordination working with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to meet project goals

What Were Looking For

4-6+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction

Strong knowledge of blueprints, scheduling, and subcontract agreements

OSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain)

Ability to lead teams, troubleshoot onsite challenges, and maintain productivity

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
