We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Stocker to join our team. This company has been a mainstay in MT’s agricultural community for over 50 years. They value integrity, loyalty, and exceptionalism. We are looking to hire an individual with the same values that will carry over to their job duties as well as coworker and customer interactions. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for stocking shelves in our retail store and shop as well as end-of-day cleanup in the store, shop, and yard. Additional projects/tasks may be applicable as time allows.

Responsibilities:

Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks.

Organize and stock shelves, ensuring products are in the correct locations.

Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to management.

Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the stockroom and sales floor.

Assist customers in locating products when needed.

Rotate stock to ensure older items are sold first.

End-of-day cleanup.

Additional projects/tasks as applicable.

Qualifications:

Self-motivated and strong sense of work ethic.

Clearly communicate and work with a team.

Comfortable working both inside and outside.

Able to lift up to 35+lbs.

Attention to detail is imperative in this role to ensure we can offer the best quality and experience to our customers.

We are willing to train!

Job Type: Seasonal May – August. 12/1pm-5pm M-F, extra hours available on Saturdays
