Analytica is seeking a Data Architect to support one or more dynamic, long-term federal government enterprise data programs for the Defense Health Agency. The position may be hybrid, located in either DC Metro Area or San Antonio, TX

Responsibilities:

Lead data architecture and design for implementing data architecture frameworks that enhance the Military Health System's (MHS) ability to leverage data as a strategic asset.

Ensure data interoperability, governance, and quality to support enterprise-wide decision-making and healthcare optimization play a critical role in designing and implementing data architecture frameworks that enhance the Military Health System's (MHS) ability to leverage data as a strategic asset.

Data Architecture Design: Develop and maintain conceptual and logical data models to support enterprise data governance and interoperability.

Data Integration: Facilitate the integration of diverse data sources into unified structures, ensuring seamless data flow across the organization.

Master Data Management: Collaborate with HIT divisions and PMOs to establish master data management frameworks and standards.

Governance Support: Assist in defining and implementing data governance policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with organizational goals.

Technical Support: Provide architectural and technical expertise for health data management, including metadata management, reference data, and terminology services.

Interoperability: Enhance data interoperability by defining well-structured data and information exchanges.

Compliance: Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, security standards, and mission-critical objectives.

Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of data architecture, processes, and standards.Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

7+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, or related roles.

Proven experience in developing conceptual and logical data models.

Proficiency in data modeling tools and techniques.

Strong knowledge of SQL, metadata management, and data integration processes.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholder

Must possess or be eligible for a SECRET clearance
