We’re looking for Appian Developers in the Charlotte area with solid programming fundamentals and practical experience in areas like SQL, RESTful APIs, and process automation, who has experience with or is ready to learn Appian and grow into a full-stack low-code developer. This role is ideal for someone interested in expanding their skill set into the Appian platform with full support, training, and certification provided.

What You’ll Do:

Support the design and development of Appian applications, including interfaces, workflows, and data structures

Work with senior developers to translate business requirements into functional solutions

Assist in integrating Appian with external systems using RESTful APIs and SQL

Participate in Agile development teams, contributing to sprint planning and solution delivery

Maintain documentation and contribute to application testing and troubleshooting

Requirements

Strong understanding of programming basics (e.g. conditions, functions, variables, debugging)

Practical experience with:

SQL and relational databases

RESTful API integration

Business Process Management (BPM) or workflow-based applications

Exposure to Agile development practices

Eagerness to learn Appian and pursue the Appian Certified Associate Developer certification (with our support)

Familiarity with low-code platforms or tools preferred

Previous work on internal tools, automation, or form-based apps
