Project Manager (Shell Construction)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager with an experience in shell construction to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to shell completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a deep understanding of construction processes, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Schedule and coordinate subcontractors for all phases of shell construction while supervising and managing the onsite personnel.

· Manage project budget and timelines

· Keeping track of key milestones and material deliveries

· Ensure all work meets quality standards and inspections pass city & county requirements

· Ensure work is done per safety standards and meets necessary regulations creating a safe working environment

· Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members

· Track project progress using Excel, or the applicable software’s

· Maintain proper documentation of project progress, which includes daily logs, progress reports, change orders

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in shell construction

Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations

In-depth knowledge of slab masonry, block masonry, framing, and concrete work

Ability to read and interpret the blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents

Proficiency with Excel, Word, Adobe or company used project management software

Strong organizational and communication skills

Valid driver’s license
