Property & Casualty Insurance Agent

Location: Denver, Colorado

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Commissions

About the Opportunity

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a skilled and service-oriented Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join a growing and reputable agency in Colorado. This role is ideal for a licensed professional with a passion for protecting individuals, families, and businesses through tailored coverage solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal or commercial lines, excellent communication skills, and a client-first mindset. With access to top carriers and a supportive internal structure, this is an exceptional opportunity for a P&C agent seeking long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with prospective and existing clients to assess risks and recommend appropriate P&C insurance solutions (e.g., home, auto, renters, general liability, commercial property)

Quote, present, and bind policies through multiple trusted carriers

Build and maintain a book of business through referrals, networking, and marketing outreach

Conduct regular policy reviews and assist clients with changes, renewals, and claims support

Ensure compliance with state insurance regulations and carrier requirements

Collaborate with team members and support staff to provide efficient and effective serviceCandidate Requirements

Active Colorado Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal or commercial P&C insurance

Strong interpersonal and consultative sales skills

Proven ability to build trust and long-term client relationships

Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (CRM and quoting platform experience preferred)

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a teamCompensation & Benefits
