UI/UX Designer Associate

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Assist in designing engaging interfaces, wireframes, and visual assets

aligned with user experience best practices.

- Support the production of digital content such as promotional videos, social

media graphics, and motion graphics.

- Help in building simple interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms.

- Work with creative leads, product managers, and developers to ensure

cohesive visual and functional output.

- Join brainstorming sessions to contribute multimedia and design concepts.

- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and assist in design iteration cycles.

- Maintain organized design files and asset libraries for consistent project

delivery.

- Participate in quality control of multimedia deliverables, ensuring

compliance with brand and usability standards.

- Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, multimedia techniques, and software

tools.

- Actively participate in design critiques and learning opportunities offered by

the team.

- Experiment with new creative formats and interactive content approaches.

WHAT WE NEED:

- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, UI/UX, Visual Communication, or

related field.

- Internship or 1 year of experience in multimedia or UI/UX design is a plus.

- Portfolio showcasing a blend of visual design, UI/UX interfaces, and

multimedia work.

- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects,

Premiere Pro) and UI/UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

- Understanding of fundamental design and interaction principles, including

composition, usability, color theory, and typography.

- Ability to produce and edit multimedia content such as graphics,

animations, and videos.

- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.

- Adaptability to feedback and eagerness to learn new tools and techniques.
