The selected candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with an enterprise performance management system (EPM) and will manage the interface with Accounting, Reporting, HR, IT and Procurement.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SR. FINANCIAL SYSTEMS ANALYST
Serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise performance management systems.
Oversee integration between ERP/EPM systems and key business functions such as Accounting, Reporting, HR, IT, and Procurement.
Promote and implement best practices to address business needs and optimize performance.
Contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives and long-term planning.
Act as a resource/mentor to the accounting organization when needed.
Monitor daily data flows, providing first-level support for any EPM-related issues.
Configure EPM application components and manage system integrations and data quality processes.
Provide timely updates and support internal control testing, audits, and ongoing process improvement.
Support financial operationsâ such as monthly close, forecasting, financial statement preparation, and auditsâ through EPM platforms.
Act as a liaison among Finance, IT, and other departments to ensure cohesive system and process alignment.
Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and training resources for EPM systems and users.

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE SR. FINANCIAL SYSTEMS ANALYST
Bachelorâ s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
A minimum of 4 years of experience with EPM systems such as Oracle EPM, Hyperion, SAP, Workday or similar platforms.
In depth understanding EPM modules, configurations, and integrations points.
In depth understanding of accounting and reporting, including working with reporting tools.
Experience with some of the following modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Procurement, and Fixed Assets.
Experience troubleshooting data conversions, integrations, and/or software application problems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-starter.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Target Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 DOE. Benefits include bonus potential, generous PTO, health, vision, dental, and life insurance, 401k, and many more!
