Job Title/Type: CHILD WELFARE CASE COORDINATOR I & II is a W2 position

Rate of Pay: First active 90 days (probationary period) is $38,480.00 for Full time hours worked. The pay range is $38,480.00-$52,910.00, in which the amount is based on Full-time hours worked plus overtime.

Rate of Pay: After active 90 days (post-probationary period) is $41,600.00 for Full time hours worked. The pay range is $41,600.00-$57,200.00, in which the amount is based on Full-time hours worked plus overtime. *

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Sociology, or Social Work b) Master’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work; OR c) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a directly related human services field.

CHILD WELFARE CASE COORDINATOR II

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in non-human services field

Job Title/Type: CASE AIDE I (Child Welfare) is a W2 position

Rate of Pay: First active 90 days (probationary period) is $36.004.80 for Full time hours worked. The pay range is $36,920.00-$49,505.80, in which the amount is based on Full-time hours worked plus overtime.

Rate of Pay: After active 90 days (post-probationary period) is $38,001.60 for Full time hours worked. The pay range is $38,001.60-$52,252.20, in which the amount is based on Full-time hours worked plus overtime.

Educational Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED/Associate's Level

Mentoring

Transport clients (goal-oriented)

High School Credit Recovery

Participation in Court Hearings

Document client Progress Notes and Reports in the company database

Consistent Communication with Referring Sources

*Services performed is based on credentials and experience

The ideal candidate will work in the following counties:

Lake County clients will be seen in the community, an agency facility or in the client's home. Worker will use their personal vehicle to transport clients, if company vehicles(s) aren't available.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Sociology, or Social Work b) Master’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work; OR c) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a directly related human services field.

General Requirements:

Must pass all background checks which includes: National FBI Check; National Sex Offender; Child Protective Services Check; Local Background Checks

Must pass all drug screens

Must have a valid Driver's License

Must have a reliable vehicle with the ability to use private car to transport self and others.

Must be able to work weekends

Must be able to have a flexible schedule

The Employee is responsible for obtaining Automobile insurance coverage($100,000/$300,000).
