YOUR ROLE
As a Full Stack Engineer, Product Discovery Lead, you will have the opportunity to interact closely with customers to iterate across different proof of concepts to build full stack software solutions to solve their needs. You'll work closely with the customers, gaining hands-on experience and directly contributing to a new product line that will positively impact the produce you see on your grocery store shelves.
Conducting direct customer discovery with growers, agronomists, and farm operators to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and goals
Designing and building early-stage software prototypes, from frontend tools and visualizations to backend systems and data pipelines
Prototyping fast, validating with real data, and iterating quickly to surface customer value
Laying the groundwork for a scalable long-term product: including architecture, data handling, and UX flows
NEEDED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
5+ years of experience as a software engineer, preferably full stack
Demonstrated ability to build and ship prototypes quickly and independently
Proven experience conducting customer discovery and translating insights into product/feature roadmaps
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to work in ambiguity
Deep comfort working with real-world data, building dashboards, and developing analytics features
A user-obsessed mindset, you enjoy talking to users, uncovering insights, and shaping what gets built
Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including internationally. Must be able to obtain the necessary documentation for global deployments.
NEEDED EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in software engineering or a closely related engineering field.
