Role Overview
We're looking for a Senior Engineer to play a pivotal role in developing complex applications, using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics tools and solutions.This role will help consolidate data sources in Dynamics to optimize for advanced analytics. You will be expected to work closely with our client, offering technical expertise and innovative solutions to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data integration needs.
Build and manage custom data models and tables in Power Platform (Dataverse), including:
Connecting to various databases and configuring ingestion pipelines.
Using Power Automate to schedule or trigger data extraction.
Transforming data with Power Automate, Power Query, Dataflows, or Azure functions.
Creating relational models in Dataverse to support app functionality.
Design and develop Power Apps that consolidate data from Dynamics 365, PostgreSQL, and other sources.
Extract and transform sensitive CRM data in compliance with governance and access policies.
Coordinate with the project manager and team to meet project milestones.
Provide technical documentation and support for stakeholders and future updates.
Design intuitive UI views and dashboards in Power Apps.
Qualifications:
5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (certification preferred).
3+ years in solution design.
Skilled in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Strong grasp of data integration; proficient with SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
Familiar with Dataverse and custom connector development.
Knowledge of SharePoint and O365 integrations with Dynamics.
Proficient in C#.NET, ASP.NET, CRM SDK, and plugin development.
Adheres to coding and DevOps standards.
Comfortable in agile or iterative environments.
Able to handle sensitive data and collaborate across departments.
Self-motivated with strong prioritization skills in fast-paced settings.
Excellent communicator, capable of explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Consulting background with a focus on business analysis is a plus.
Bonus: Familiarity with finance-related data modeling or reporting tools.
Pay:
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90,000 to $160,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus for the current performance period.
