The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a 45-year-old home health agency that is growing and looking to hire Clinical QA Reviewer - Full Time +Benefits -in our West Palm Beach Office, Florida.

Clinical QA Reviewer

Primary responsibility is the clinical review of OASIS and non-OASIS documentation for all patients upon Start of Care (SOC), Recertification, Resumption of Care (ROC), Follow-Up, and Discharge (DC) and Plan of Care management. Responsible for providing education to clinicians as needed. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse License required

Must have a minimum of 1-year Clinical Experience

Home Health/HCHB Experience preferred

OASIS experience is a must
