As we expand, we're looking for a dynamic leader to help drive operational excellence, champion safety, and support our teams in delivering exceptional service.
Were seeking an experienced and results-driven Region Vice President to oversee operations across multiple states. In this critical leadership role, you'll work closely with General Managers to optimize performance, ensure compliance, and drive excellence
You'll be the go-to expert for all things operational, including leading teams, managing assets, fostering a culture of safety, and making strategic decisions that directly impact our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Performance - Monitor key operational and financial metrics, analyze trends, and implement strategies for improvement.
Lead & Develop Teams - Hire, train, and mentor General Managers to ensure strong leadership at every level.
Ensure Service Excellence - Own service quality and operational efficiency, making sure every customer receives top-tier service,
Manage Assets - Oversee fleet, storage, facilities, and equipment to maximize efficiency and safety.
Champion Safety & Compliance- Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations, policies, and best practices
Strategic Planning- Develop and execute budgeting, workforce planning, and operational strategies to support business goals.
Support Growth-Work closely with marketing to drive business development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in operations, Business Management, or related field
10+ years of leadership experience in operations management
Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships
A track record of ethical decision-making and integrity
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
A competitive, results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Solid business acumen, including P&L management and strategic planning
Who You'll Lead
12-15 General Managers across multiple locations
Travel Requirements - Must be close to an airport hub.
Expect to be on the road 70-80% of the time to support your teams and ensure operational excellence.
