Our client, a family office, is looking for a Temp to Perm Operations/Administrative Assistant to support their DC office! The ideal candidate will be professional, driven, and be willing to grow.
Hours: 9:00am - 5/6pm
*Fully onsite
Located: Washington, DC
Responsibilities:
Serve as point person for the DC office’s logistical requirements, and communicate with relevant parties as needed
Maintain two meeting rooms (setting up a/v equipment, handle any catering needs, oversee conference room calendar, liaise with building regarding visitors)
Assist with events and programming at the office
Manage calendar, book travel, and track expenses
Manage projects within Salesforce
Assist team members in preparing documents and presentations for meetings
Provide other administrative support as needed
Skills:
2+ years of office management/administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work with a team as well as individually
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
