Job Description
This large municipality is looking to have assistance with swapping out their old phone systems hardware. They are also looking to Install Microsoft Teams hardware including phones and headsets. The right candidate will be able to: perform factory resets on phone hardware, Assist in configuring Microsoft Teams client settings, Field incoming issue/problem tickets and escalations from end-users to resolve systems issues. Record, track, and document the problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution. Establishes and maintains liaison relationship with business partners and TS to provide effective technical solutions. Resolves and escalates incident requests as appropriate. Ensures IT solutions meet client needs. Hours will be Monday and Wednesday starting at 6am-5pm, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday will be 8-5. All work is required to be onsite at client.
