Senior Investment Manager

Develop and maintain the firm’s overall investment strategy.

Research, evaluate, and select investments for client portfolios.

Create, implement, and communicate model portfolios.

Oversee trading, rebalancing, reporting, and monitoring tools.

Be a master of our trading, reporting, and custodian platforms (Tamarac Trading & Reporting, Schwab Advisor Center).

Build and manage relationships with custodians, third-party fund managers, and trading partners.

Develop the firm’s quarterly investment newsletter and annual investment luncheon reflecting current events, economic updates, and market commentary.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience with Schwab Advisor Center and Tamarac Trading & Reporting.

Strong understanding of portfolio construction, asset allocation, and investment research.

A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and process orientation.

Strong communication skills for collaboration across the team and occasional client-facing needs.

Hold your series 65 license.

Execute investment trades with efficiency and accuracy.

Maintain model portfolios and execute timely rebalancing.

Monitor portfolios and ensure alignment with model strategy.

Maintain portfolio deviation under 10%.

Ensure timely and accurate RMD processing and compliance.

Manage client cash positions and maintain cash restraints.

Document changes to models or strategy and communicate internally
